How often do you open orders? 

I open orders on a rolling basis. As orders are completed new ones will become available. Mondays and Thursdays are a great day to check back if the portrait you are interested in is out of stock. You can also follow me on Instagram to see when new orders will become available. 

What should my reference photo look like? 

The photo of the pet should be a clear shot at eye level with good lighting. The photo should be either straight on or a side profile. Photos should be close enough to see the pets features/details. The portrait will be based on one reference photo but additional photos may help with those details. If you are unsure it's a good idea to share multiple photos. 

How long until I receive my order? 

Orders take up to 4 weeks to ship from the time I receive the response with photos of the pet. However, these are handmade items that occasionally take longer than expected. I appreciate your understanding of the nature of this work. How is the final portrait finished? 

Unless otherwise requested, all portraits will be shipped in an 11" x 14" frame matted to 8" x 10". 

Can I include my pets fur in the portrait? 

Yes! I am happy to add a little extra customization to your portrait by including your pets fur. The fur will need to be mailed after your order has been placed.

Will I see the portrait prior to shipping? 

Yes, I will send a picture of the portrait prior to shipping to ensure you are happy with the final product. 

Do you accept returns or refunds? 

Since all orders are made custom to your pet, refunds and returns will not be accepted.
